Orders within the European Union (EU)

In line with EU consumer protection rules, customers within the EU have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

We are extending this period to 30 days as part of our customer service commitment.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange an exchange, depending on your preference.
Orders outside the European Union (International Orders)

Returns and refunds are not accepted for orders shipped outside of the EU.

We can only accommodate exchanges, provided that:

The buyer covers the cost of return shipping.

The item is returned in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, altered designs or custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Orders – Customs & Duties

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees charged by their country’s customs office or shipping carrier.

These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout.

Refusal to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned to us. In such cases, shipping costs already paid are non-refundable, and additional return fees may be deducted from any approved exchange or store credit.
